Merkaba Glass Sculpture | Star Tetrahedron of Light (8")

Handcrafted in New South Wales, Australia by geometric glass artist Asaf Zakay, each sculpture is individually assembled from precisely cut glass panels joined into a complex three-dimensional form. When placed near natural or directional light, the geometry comes alive through reflections, colour, shadow, and shifting points of light.

At approximately 8", this size is substantial enough to create visual impact while remaining versatile for windows, shelving, altars, meditation spaces, or illuminated display.

✨ About the Merkaba
The Merkaba, or star tetrahedron, is created from two interlocking tetrahedrons. Within Sacred Geometry traditions, the form is often associated with balance between opposing forces, integration, protection, and the relationship between body, mind, and spirit.

Zakay’s Merkaba was the first three-dimensional geometric form Asaf Zakay developed and remains one of the studio’s signature designs. Zakay Studio & Gallery

✨ About Zakay Glass Creations
Australian glass artist Asaf Zakay has been creating handcrafted geometric glass sculpture for more than 20 years. Working from his studio in New South Wales, he builds each piece individually using forms inspired by Sacred Geometry and the Golden Ratio.

Every sculpture is made by hand rather than mass produced, allowing light, glass, and geometry to become part of the artwork itself.

This piece is in stock at Mercurius and ready to ship. Zakay sculptures are normally handmade to order, with current direct-order wait times measured in weeks to months. Zakay Studio & Gallery
