Sourced through Casa de Oso in Pisac and created by Shipibo artisans in Pucallpa, Peru, this extraordinary kimono is a true work of wearable textile art.

Each piece takes approximately two to three months to complete, with intricate embroidery built slowly across the garment by hand. The result is a richly patterned surface that carries the unmistakable presence of time, skill, and individual craftsmanship.

The embroidery reflects the visual language of the Shipibo-Konibo people of the Peruvian Amazon, where geometric pattern, repetition, and flowing line form a deeply recognizable textile tradition. Every garment develops its own rhythm through colour, stitch, and variation, ensuring that no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Lightweight in structure but substantial in detail, the relaxed open silhouette allows the embroidery to remain the focus. It can be worn as a statement garment, layered into everyday dress, or kept as a treasured collector textile.

This is not fast fashion, nor is it designed to be. It is a garment shaped slowly, deliberately, and by hand.

Intricate. Singular. Made over months, not moments.
